Automate: £600. Agreed workflows, email sequences, reminders and supported CRM data transfer.

Design & Automate: from £1,000. A combined project covering your branding and workflows.

Before work starts

We agree the deliverables, number of templates and workflows, supported data transfer, timing and total price in writing. Payment arrangements, revisions and cancellation terms are confirmed with your proposal before you commit. Booking a call does not purchase a service.

What I need from you

Your brand assets, approved wording, decisions about your client journey and appropriate access to your account. Please do not send passwords or customer exports through Calendly.

What is separate

Your Planning Beats subscription, third-party charges, ongoing campaign management and work outside the agreed scope. Extra work is quoted before it starts. Migration depends on what your existing CRM can export and Planning Beats can import.

Review and handover

We review the agreed setup together and walk through how to use it. This is an independent setup service, not the official Planning Beats website or a software subscription.
