We agree the templates, workflows and supported data transfer before starting. Design covers your Planning Beats branding and client materials. These are one-off projects, not unlimited design or ongoing management. Campaign sending and your Planning Beats subscription are separate. Extra work is quoted first. You receive a written scope and price before committing.
